Volunteer Sign-up Liquicity Festival 2026

Dear Liquicity Family,

The Volunteer Sign-Up for the 10th edition of Liquicity Festival is now open!


Enter your details in the form and you might be part of the Liquicity crew soon. The minimum volunteering amount is 12 hours, and most shifts will be 6 or more hours.

●     2 LIQ per hour for every extra working hour after the required 12 hours.

●     Access to the Crew Camping and its facilities


* If you have already purchased a Thursday Early Campsite Access Ticket feel free to sell this/refund this after you have received confirmation that you will be attending as a Volunteer :)


Important:

●     In order to volunteer, you need to purchase a Liquicity Festival Weekend Ticket via the official ticketshop. So if you don't have a ticket yet, now is the time to buy it at https://festival.liquicity.com/tickets/.

●     A car parking or shuttle-bus ticket will be provided if requested.

●     Tickets purchased via services such as TicketSwap CAN NOT and WILL NOT be refunded. If you got your ticket through such a service, please sell it and get one from the official store.

 

We try to refund your ticket as soon as possible after the event, but this may take up to 3 months. This is not out of disrespect to our volunteers, but because of the complex organisation and risk of no shows on our side.

 

By signing up you give us permission to display your first and last name in our schedule, which will be shared with others.

    Availability and shift preferences:

    To give us more flexibility in scheduling, we are changing up the shift selection process this year. This year we ask you to give us your availability and shift preferences. Most shifts are 6 hours but always with a minimum of 5 and maximum of 8 hours.

    We also have a few shift “bundles”. These shifts require you to be available for multiple days, since we would like to work with the same people on these shifts.


    We try to schedule people for 2 or 3 shifts, depending on availability and preferences, for 12 - 18 hours total. If you’d like to work more shifts please let us know down below! For every hour you work more than the minimum of 12 hours, you get 2 LIQ!

    Volunteer Teams

    ●   Bar Team - want to serve cold beers and smiles? Then this is your team!

    ●   Build & Break Team - practical people: unite!

    ●   Camping Team - help out at the campsite and guide people into the right direction

    ●   Catering Team - food lovers! You'll be working together with our chef to prepare and serve food to the crew

    ●   Eco Team - support PsyClean to keep the site looking fresh or help with the Eco Program

    ●   Entrance Team - help out at the entrance and shuttle bus, scan tickets and hand out wristbands

    ●   Flex Team - as a part of this team you'll assist wherever you are most needed

    ●   Fun/Site Team - host sports and games around the campsite and help out with the Arcade and Arts & Crafts

    ●   Silent Disco Team - a team for night owls that don't want the party to be over just yet

    ●   Shop Team - sell items in the camping shop, assist visitors and host the occasional afterparty

    Amount of shifts

    Please select the amount of shifts you'd like to work. We try to schedule you for the least amount of shifts/hours possible, but need a little flexibility in the hours/days to fill our schedule, hence the 2-3 shift spread. Most shifts are around 6-8 hours which means most people will have 2 shifts to complete their 12 hour minimum requirement.

    If you work more than the required 12 hours, you’ll be paid 2 LIQ per extra hour. Plus you’ll earn eternal gratitude from us coordinators:)

    Availability

    Here you can let us know your availability before & during Liquicity Festival.

    There are 2 sections. The first section has a few shift bundles. These bundles require availability on all days on those times. For example our Build Up Team, they start work from Tuesday - Thursday before the Festival and need to be available on all days.

    Shifts

    Please select as much availability as possible, together with your preferred amount of shifts we will figure out the best options :)

    If you can only get us 1 day of availability, we sadly cannot schedule you.


    Morning shifts start between 8:00 & 10:00 and end between 14:00 & 18:00

    Afternoon shifts start between 12:00 & 15:00 and end between 18:00 & 23:00

    Evening shifts start between 15:00 & 18:00 and end between 22:00 & 01:00

    Night shifts are only Shop and Silent Disco shifts. Shop: 20:00-2:00 and Silent Disco shifts start between 20:00 & 23:30 and end between 03:00 & 05:30.
