Volunteer Sign-up Liquicity Festival 2025

Dear Liquicity Family,

The sign-up for our Volunteer Squad for Liquicity Festival 2025 is open!

Enter your details in the form and you might be part of the Liquicity crew soon. The minimum volunteering amount is 12 hours, and most shifts will be 6 or more hours.

Rewards:

●     Full refund on your Liquicity Festival 2025 Weekend Ticket and Thursday Access Ticket.

●     A unique Liquicity Festival 2025 crew-shirt.

●     Free breakfast, lunch, dinner or night-meal (depending on your shift).

●     Being part of the coolest volunteer squad around! Our Volunteer Hub is open all day for lounge sessions, B2B2B2B performances by our Volunteers, a cold beer after your shifts and the occasional pizza party.

●     2 LIQ per hour for every extra working hour after the required 12 hours.

●     Access to the Crew Camping.

Important:

●     In order to volunteer, you need to purchase a Liquicity Festival Weekend Ticket AND Thursday Access Ticket via the official ticketshop. So if you don't have tickets yet, now is the time to buy them at https://festival.liquicity.com/tickets/.

●     A car parking or shuttle-bus ticket will be provided if requested.

●     Tickets purchased via services such as TicketSwap CAN NOT and WILL NOT be refunded. If you got your ticket through such a service, please sell it and get one from the official store.

We try to refund your ticket as soon as possible after the event, but this may take up to 3 months. This is not out of disrespect to our volunteers, but because of the complex organisation and risk of no shows on our side.

By signing up you give us permission to display your first and last name in our schedule, which will be shared with others.

Volunteer Teams

●   Bar Team - want to serve cold beers and smiles? Then this is your team!

●   Build & Break Team - practical people: unite!

●   Camping Team - help out at the campsite and guide people into the right direction

●   Catering Team - food lovers! You'll be working together with our chef to prepare and serve food to the crew

●   Eco Team - support PsyClean to keep the site looking fresh or help with the Eco Program

●   Entrance Team - help out at the entrance and shuttle bus, scan tickets and hand out wristbands

●   Flex Team - as a part of this team you'll assist wherever you are most needed

●   Fun/Site Team - host sports and games around the campsite and help out with the Arcade and Arts & Crafts

●   Silent Disco Team - a team for night owls that don't want the party to be over just yet

●   Shop Team - sell items in the camping shop, assist visitors and host the occasional afterparty

Availability and shift preferences:

To give us more flexibility in scheduling, we are changing up the shift selection process this year. This year we ask you to give us your availability and shift preferences. Most shifts are 6 hours but always with a minimum of 5 and maximum of 8 hours.

We also have a few shift “bundles”. These shifts require you to be available for multiple days, since we would like to work with the same people on these shifts.

We try to schedule people for 2 or 3 shifts, depending on availability and preferences, for 12 - 18 hours total. If you’d like to work more shifts please let us know down below! For every hour you work more than the minimum of 12 hours, you get 2 LIQ!
